Deliveries
Where do you Deliver?
We Deliver UK wide. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard Delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December
delivery times may take longer.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave Boyndie Beehive. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 1 week, we’ll refund the delivery charges.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unused. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item. The refund will be made within 10 days from receipt of returned product(s). If you wish to return your product. Cost of delivery will be at your expense. Products should be returned to Boyndie Beehive, Ladybrae Farm, Ladysbridge, Banff, AB45 2JR and we recommend recorded delivery. boyndiebeehive@gmail.com
